On every plan:
- Postage is passed through at actual label cost.
- Special packaging is billed at actual cost.
- Storage is counted in 27-gallon totes. Stock kept on a shelf instead counts as the number of totes of space it takes up.
- Sales tax may apply to the monthly platform fee.
- Your plan never changes automatically. Any change is agreed in writing first.
- Every rider is approved before joining.

Questions riders ask.
- Who gets paid for the sale?
- You do. Customers pay through your own checkout, and Cypress Grind never handles your sales money. We send you a separate monthly invoice for our services.
- Who owns my inventory?
- You do, the whole time it's stored with us.
- Do I need my own website or domain?
- No. Your rider page lives on cypressgrind.com, and each plan includes connecting one custom domain if you have one.
- Who handles refunds?
- You refund customers in your own store. We receive returned items and tell you what condition they arrived in.
- Can you ship decks?
- Yes. Decks and other oversize items carry the oversize handling charge listed on each plan.
- Who can apply?
- Riders 18 or older. You don't have to be sponsored, and every rider is approved first.
